  • The GYROTONIC© Method is practiced on custom-made equipment and focuses on circular and spiraling movements that are seamlessly connected in rhythmic repetitions accompanied by corresponding breathing patterns. This method enables smooth transitions from one movement to the next, facilitating the joints' natural range of motion without any jarring or compression. Clients leave feeling more open, lengthened and stronger.
